Then their status and what step you are at. Wheather they have been proccessed, are pending to be released, or ordered ready for dilvery.
Next it keep a complete report on all the products. Showing a massive cataleog of each item, their status and their cost as well.
Finally it keeps a list of each division for each division. It neatly separates the products by divisions, so no longer are they put in one folder, but instead having masonry, metals and concrete all separately on file.
