Space for documents in Samson is unlimited. No additional fees for space.
Can we get a complete backup of Docu-Center?
You can but depending on the size it may take a bit.
Can you upload to Docu-Center?
Of Course, Docu-Center accepts all types of files and size.
Can you create other folders?
Yes, you may but it respects the ID of the folders.
What happens when I add a new project or delete a project?
Docu-Center automatically adds folder specific to all the modules within Samson. You can also create and upload your own folders.
Currently, we do not support delete functions. Files are archived and not visible.
